AutoCad Arch 2009 - palettes could not be refreshed

Do not understand, it has been a while since I have used Architecture and today when I loaded I get the message "palettes could not be refreshed"  I go to the palettes and try to force a refresh and get the same error message.  Where in auto cad is it looking for the path of the palette?  I do not recall.  Is there something under "Options" / "File" locations that I should be looking at to see if a path has changed or somewhere else?  Please help, thank you.

ACA is looking for the tool catalog from which the palette was originally loaded into your workspace. It is not able to find it there (perhaps since the last time you used ACA, the folder path or the catalog file itself was deleted, renamed, folded, spindled or otherwise mutilated.
