Annotative StandardGridBubble?

I want to make the standard grid bubble aec object annotative to eliminate multiple scale of bubbles for different scale plans. Is there a way to accomplish this by editing the mvb?

Make the view block used by the Multi-View Block annotative.

Doesn't work. Edited the BubbleDef block to make sure everything was set to annotative. Even added all scales to Annotative Object Scales to see if that would resolve it. Nothing..

It works here by default.
Add a grid.
Label the grid.
Change Anno Scale, grid bubbles follow suit.

Bubble MVB definition is STANDARD GRID BUBBLE.
Bubble view block is BUBBLEDEF.
BUBBLEDEF is annotative.

Works right out of the gate.
Is this an older file?

Thanks, that helped. It was a nested block issue.. old file. when I start a new file, it works great.

Thanks
