ACA2011 Fatal Error: Unhandled Access Violation writing

We have one user who is trying to edit an mtext box and after they click ok to complete the edit they get

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Writing...

Each time it is a different code

0xd49cf70 Exception at d49cf70h

0xffffffff Exception at ec702002h

0xa9000600 Exception at 1ce71fh

They have had one different error

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x00ec Exception at 228dd14h

They recieve these errors while working on a WinXP machine and a Win7-64 bit machine with matching ACA2011 software.

I have attached the file.

Thanks

James

Any MTEXT item in the file? I can't repeat the problem in 2011 sadly. RECOVER command did find one error in your file though (no idea if the missing XREFs are an issue). and PURGE removed 411 Registry applications tied to your file.
Is the user using an external editor? I would suggest setting MTEXTED something else then back to the default. See HELP for usage.
