A Style or Def...not be located. Unable 2 exe' the tool. Operatation Abort

I have one machine that is popping this error with a tool palette tool.
Two quite similar tools next to each other on the same palette... one works... the other doesn't.
I've looked at this several times and seem to be unable to fix it.
Please see the attached images.

Any Ideas?

Does the Callouts (Imperial).dwg file in the referenced folder contain content called Anno_Section_A2? (They used to be AutoCAD blocks; I am not certain what they are in more recent releases and do not have the time to check right now.) If not, that would be the problem.

If memory serves (and it does not always do so), in 2009 and later, the "tail" was also made into a block, so that it could be annotative. Did you migrate content from an earlier release when you installed 2009? (Even if you did not do so, perhaps somehow the tail block was deleted/purged from the source file.) If the source file is missing the tail block, that could also cause the error.
