A problem with the second click (in selecting and commands)

Hello everybody.

I have a very bad problem in my AutoCAD Architecture 2009 with the second click!

First, I thouht that it is the "Press and drag", but, it is not!!

The problem is that I can SLOWLY select,copy and move etc, but, when I want to work (select,copy or move) faster (normally) it does not work.

I had to finish some works and I installed the AutoCAD 2004, but, there is the same problem!

I opened the ArchiCAD 11 just to try if there is the same porlbme, because, I thought it is the WINDOWS-s problem, but, NO.

The cursor (mouse) works very good in ArchiCAD.

So, is there anyone who can help me. Someone proposed me to uninstall the programs (ACAD 2004 & 2009), but, I wanted to learn for this problem as I learned many things in here. Thank you for everything.

There is something else. When the command stops, in the command line I see as in the photo (in attach).
