BATCHPLOT TO PDF

Hello,

I am having a "challenge" with making a batchplot to pdf.

when i select "PDF" from the "publish to" tab an error comes up saying

" The plotter configuration connot be used for one these reason the preset cannot be found, the device cannot be found, or the driver has a problem"

please let me know if you can help from beginning to end.

Welcome to this forum.

Are you plotting from paper/layout space?

Set up your layout space.

Right click on the layout tab and select Page Setup Manager.

Set up your page by selecting the proper paper size you want, plot style table etc. etc.

Give this page set up a name such as "36x24 PDF" or something similar.

Set up which PDF output you want to use, there are several options for PDF output of which the most common used

is probably DWG To PDF.pc3

Save all the settings and when exiting the Page Set Manager dialog box you can set this page setup current for your layout. (click on the Current button)

When batch plotting from the Publish command you can use this page setup to batch plot.

Looks like you are using Cute PDF....

Does Cute PDF work if you just plot one sheet from the plot dialog?

Have you tried DWG To PDF.pc3?

The error message obscures the last of your attached images, do these sheets have the same page setup and are they set as current?
