Quadball inside a larger quadball

I created two identical quadballs in the same space and tried to enlarge one.  I now understand that once the diameter is fixed that it is final.  How can I make a quadball within a quadball with the same center but having different diameters? 

I appreciate your help.

What software are you using exactly? I think you missed the correct forum, this is for a web-based app http://www.autocad360.com
