viewport border line not appear

I have problem in one outside drawing in my office. in layout there are many vieport but vieport border line not appear.

I make all layer ON and unfreez and unlock also viewport border not shown.

is there any option. please co operate.

Layers can be controlled independantly for Modelspace and Paperspace.  Make certain the viewport layer is not OFF/Frozen while in Paperspace on the Layout tab.

i make all layer ON and unfreez, also viewport border not appear , and even when i delete all from layout , viewport not delete

Is the viewport clipped? If the original clipping object has been deleted the viewport will still exist but not be visible

Just double checking if the Layer is completely unfrozen.

If none of the suggestions work. maybe zip the files and attach so we can view it.

there is defpoint layer which is VP Freeze as per you shown. 

so i make unfreez, after that all view port border appear.

Glad to help

Whoever created the drawing probably put Viewports on Defpoints so the viewports won't plot, but I would recommend moving the Viewports to thier own layer so their display and plot settings can be controlled independently.
