Is it possible to create a text that is always in the viewing plane so it is always readable nomather how you rotate your 3D model?
That would be the standard behavior if the Text is in Paperspace.
Thanks for the answer.
I am used to MicroStation that doesn't have paperspace and modelspace. There you can place a text in the 3D model that is view independent. Can you place a text like this in modelspace in AutoCAD?
Since I am not that familiar with AutoCAD, would anyone do it like that or is it most common to create different layouts in paperspace and never annotate the modelspace?
You can annotate in model space, I do it all the time, but I have to know what direction I will be viewing the model so I can set the annotation to show. Place on its own layer(s) for control in a layout.
