Hi,

where do you extract the files to? Did you use the default "C:\Autodesk" or did you modify the path?

Have you started the EXE with right-click ==> "Start as administrator" (and other options: disable antivirus software, disable UAC).

Thanks Alfred for your suggestions on this.

To answer your doubbts, here I go

# I did not change the path, kept default as "C:\Autodesk" .

# Even had the ADMIN rights and used double click as well as right click of EXE files

# After your suggestion, even tried by diabling the antivirus and UAC too but still the same issue persists.

Kindly guide us with some more alternative ideas that may help us to resolve this issue.

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

have you tried to redownload that (and ignore any download-helper)?

Another option: use another browser to download the EXE and run then setup with the new EXE.

Good luck, - alfred -

I have had the same problem.  The file won't unpackage so....What you do is:

Re-start your computer and enter Safe Mode

Open the extractor that you already downloaded and hangs up

Extract the files needed

Re-start your comper and load windows typically.

Goto the file the extractor sent the files

Execute the .exe file to load the VBA enabler

Done.
