Hello

With these popular errors, you must first Open your DWG in RECOVER Mode, PURGE (maximum possible), ReSave with an other name (to keep the Original) locally on your hard disk, Quit ACAD, Relaunch ACAD, ReLoad the NEW DWG from local hard disk, ReTest ...

Then have you installed the SP 1 on your ACAD 2014 ?

Hi braudpat,

Thanks for your reply.

Yes! I have installed the SP1.

The problem is not with the DWG.

The error occurs when I repeatedly launch the same VBA program again and again.

Its works fine for 3 or 4 times and 5th time I get this error.

Hi,

Post the drawing AND the VBA code so others can try to reproduce the error.

Hi,

The error occurs with all the VBA programs , if I run it consecutively back to back.

So its not specific to a file or dwg.

Can you anyone define - What the Error Code - FATAL Error : Unhandled Access  Reading 0x0018 Exception at ..........

Hello,

Try any one of the following

1. Clean up the registry.

2. Update Graphics Driver.

Either one of them should solve the 0x0018 Error.

Good Luck.

Hi RANJANSUPERMAN,

If in case you had created Custom profiles then - Clear the Profile / Delete the profiles from registry .

Goto Regedit.exe and find R19.1 under HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Autodesk > AutoCAD

I've tryed all the solutions, and nothing solved.
I even re-installed my Autodesk Product Design Suite Premium 2014!
I work everyday with autoCAD since the year 1996/1997, release 11/12 (AutoCAD R11/R12) so I know what I'm talking.
In this moment I'm thinking if these problems I've been dealing since one month ago, uif they have something to do with my Windows 7 automatic updates...
By tha way, today, just opening AutoCAD for the first time, in a New Drawing, in the morning. I got the message: FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at d614d90bh

Everyday, everytime that crashes, I spend my time reporting all the AutoCAD FATAL ERROR to Autodesk, like for exemple this one Thank you for sending your error report CER_103297664 to Autodesk. (https://errorreport.autodesk.com/progress.jsp?xid=-%14%1A%08%11%04%14%0E%13rE%40GI%0E%00%00%2C%16O%5...
But I never received any answer. When we had the Subscription Program, a few times I received a e-amil requesting the DWG file for evaluations. But hte problema is that I have I lot of problems just opening the program in a new drawing, or maximizing the program, etc... taht means that have nothing to do with a DWG file!

Hi,

Did you buy the product from a dealer? If so, call them, they have to have  product support personal, if not, try to contact some local Professional IT service provider.

As your problem involve VBA code, it's impossible to say what the problem is without seeing the code and or a suspected drawing. Also check the hardware, specially memory modules: memtest86   drivers, etc. It would help if you post the complete platform specs, maybe someone here has the same hardware and could help you to resolve some issues.

The problem was solved by uninstalling the previous versions and cancelling all the new versions of Microsoft .NET Framework

Now, I only have the .NET FRamework 4.6.1 (in my Windows 7 Professional) and it's working fine.
The AutoCAD 2014 (the last version we all have in the company) never crashed anymore.
And one important thing was to deactivate all the grapchis improvements of the Windows, like the deactive all the graphic/visual efffects in Windows properties, likje transparacy and the Windos aero effects.

My computer have Windows 7 Professional
@intel Core i7-2600 CPU @3.40GHz
16 GB RAM
NVIDIA Quadro 600
