Upgrading Autocad LT from 2000 to 2014

Can i upgrade my copy of autocad lt 2000 to the new autocad lt 2014 at a reduced price or do i have to buy another full blown version?

Welcome to the Autodesk forums.

According the most recent documentation I found, it seems there is some discount allowance back to R14.

Get Current Program (see FAQ)

My guess is the saving would be pretty modest, but you would have to contact an Authorized Reseller for exact pricing and eligibility.  (see link on same page)

OP you might want to consider one of the LT suites, which include AutoCAD LT -- there's one for Inventor and one for Revit, depending on your key discipline. Not sure if there is any special pricing for those at the moment, but any of these (including just AutoCAD LT) make the most sense with a subscription, which has lots of benefits...

If by some odd chance my nattering was useful -- that's great, glad to help. But if it actually solved your issue, then please mark my solution as accepted 🙂
