Unreconciled New Layers 2014

I have been working on a drawing on and off for the last few weeks and today I get a pop-up about Unreconciled New Layers.  The layers are from an x-ref that has not been changed since it was inserted and I did reconcile the layers after inserting the x-ref.  I even printed test plots yesterday so why would these layers all of a sudden become Unreconciled?

Did you save the top file afterwards? Is VISRETAIN on or off?

Sorry missed your first question.  By top file can I assume you are referring to the file I am working on?  If so then yes right after inserting the x-ref and then numerous times over the past couple of weeks.

Not sure if I need the Renconcile feature on or not, as I always had it on.

It might be worth turning it off if you are not actively tracking new layers being created in your file(s) all the time.

I think if it continues to happen I will probably turn it off but for right now I will leave it on to see if it happens again.
