Unhandled Exception errors in Autodesk products

Hi,

Not sure if this exists but it would be useful to have...

From time to time we get unhandled exception errors, some of them can be fixed after a bit of research but some of them can be a real problem trying to troubleshoot.

Does anyone know if there is a database anywhere that has the most common unhandled errors documented. Something like a unhandled exception knowledgebase. If you do, could you send me a link please, otherwise we will still have to trust Google Search and the Forums to resolve these issues.

Regards,

Duncan

Other than the KB, Google will be your best bet. Many in the Forums use Google instead of the built in search engine to find information thay need.

Hi Charles,

I thought that might be the case... thanks for your input! I'm curious if anyone else might have any other suggestions as these issues are such a pain to troubleshoot.

P.S - I was kind of hoping someone from Autodesk would have thought this is a good idea and setup a knowledgebase purely for these issues or at least document the most common issues and fixes.

Regards,

Duncan
