Hi,

Are you saving your files to the current drawing format or the 2010 or earlier drawing format? If you are saving to an earlier format try disabling the Anti-virus (disconnect from the Internet if necessary) and then try saving. Does this work?

We've seen cases involving recent updates to Kaspersky and ESET anti-virus definitions which affect AutoCAD when saving down to these earlier formats. If disabling the anti-virus works, you may want to see if an update is available or rollback to a previous definition and let us know which anti-virus program you are running.

If this solution doesn't work.., let us know.

Cheers,

Volker

Hi Volker,

Does Autodesk contact producers of the mentioned AV softwares to try find solution?

We use Kaspersky Endpoint Solution and we have (sometimes) Undocmd3 problem. We are using Building Design Suit 2014 (AutoCAD and MEP). Our Autodesk and AV software are up to date. It's not constant problem whwn saving in 2010 format it's ocasionally (either on same file).
