Unable to iactivate AutoCAD 2010,2011 and 2012.

I hope that you are ok?

Kindly assist with the error attached.

We have a client who is not on subscription who is not on subscription.
They have AutoCAD 2010,2011 and 2012(Stand Alone) but they had an issue with the client computer and had to format it.
They have tried to re-install the same without success and have been receiving the error attached.

Your prompt assistance will be of great help.

If 2012 is an upgrade to 2011, then 2011 canot be reauthorized.
If 2011 was an upgrade ro 2010, then 2010 cannot be reauthorized.

Your client is not allowed to reinstall 2010 and 2011, they can only install 2012. Being on subscription would have helped, but not anymore.

So... was 2012 purchased as an upgrade to 2011, and 2011 was purchased as an upgrade to 2010? They are out of luck if you answer yes.

Pendean,...

Thanks alot for your prompt response.

The softwares were bought as upgragdes i.e 2010 then 2011 then 2012.They never renewed their subs after purchasing 2012.

2011 was the upgrade to 2010 and 2012 the upgrade to 2011.

  1. Can they authorize 2012 then?
  2. Can they contact Autodesk if they are not under subscription?

Thanks once again for the response.

Regards,

Crooner.
