transfering personalized screen setup between computers

I.ve spent some time setting up custom toolbars, the screen look, etc. and now I installed Acad at home and would like the same screens as at work. Is there an easy way to transfer these settings? TIA

You want your office's CUIx menu file(s) at home: ask your office AutoCAD expert/manager to help you with it.
