Tool palettes problem in AutoCAD 2015

Please help, this happen when i open any tool palettes

Sr forgot this one, happen when I right-click > Anchor it to left or right

My hardware specifications

Intel Core i7 2.2Ghz

8GB RAM

Nvidia GT630M/ Intel HD Graphics 4000
