Text not filled

I have a drawing that is not showing the text filled.  It was fine and now the text shows the outline only.

is SHADEMODE set to anything other than 2D?
Did you turn off FILLMODE variable? FILL command?
Is your UCS rotated?
is your viewport set to HIDE?

I checked all the above and those settins are correct.  The UCS is not rotated.

The text is in paper space

Can you post the DWG file? delete any sensitive information but ensure the problem is present before you post it.

Does the text have a Z-coordinate value other than 0 (zero)?

The Text Z value is 0

The text is a title block located in paper space.  If I make a block from another drawing file that is part of the same project and insert the block the text is still not filled.  If I open the block file it is fine.  The text shows correctly in cadd.  However when plotted and plot preview the text is not filled.

Do you have HIDE selected on the PLOT pop-up?
Is SHade Plot set to anything other than AS DISPLAYED on the same PLOT pop-up?

TEXTFILL controls whether TrueType fonts are filled-in for plotting.

Set it to 1
