Temporary Override for Selection Cycling?

I find Selection Cycling very useful when I need it, but very annoying when I don't.  Is it possible to assign a Temporary Override for Selection Cycling so it's only enabled while the shortcut key(s) are depressed?  Just to be clear, I'm seeking a temporary override, not a toggle.

Lisp forum may be where you need to post: OOTB it looks like your choices and off or on with the toggle.
