Table letters and numbers,

Table letters and numbers,

I couldn’t figure out why the letters and numbers that appear on top and to the left of the

Tables don’t match the size of rows\columns (attached).

Is there a way to control their size?

The dwg file is attached

Thank you

Best

Jamal

If you click inside one of the cells, a new heading in Properties called "Cell" should show up.  From there, you should be able to control the "Cell width" and "Cell height".

Thanks nrz13,

My issue here is with letters and numbers marked in red in the attached screenshot. They are “ugly” in relation to the size of cells of the table

How their size can be controlled?

Ah, I see what you mean now.  I don't know of a way to control those headings, but they don't print for me so I've never worried about them.  I've included a screenshot of what it looks on mine for reference.  Sorry I don't know of a way to control the headings, though.

@Beka_Tchigladze What exactly is your issue? Everyone above in this post simply did not setup/create the TABLE settings they desired using TABLESTYLE command.

Show your work, post your DWG file with the table and explain the actual issue, so we can see how you set everything up or not.

Hi all,

The fault is table style, try to change that TB1 style(in your case is set current)  with standard, or create another style.

As it was written above the table style command was not used , or that TB1 style was misconfigured

use command TABLESTYLE to change style of tables

use command TABLEINDICATOR(system variable --- Controls the display of row numbers and column letters when the In-Place Text Editor is open for editing a table cell. 1- on, 0-off)

To set a new background color, select a table, right-click, and click Table Indicator Color on the shortcut menu. The text color, size, and style and the line color are controlled by the settings for column heads in the current table style.

I hope I helped with something

@Beka_Tchigladze You still have to fix it if the other person never did: you know that already. Or send it back and ask them to fix it of course.

See the reply above to get started, if you get stuck come back and explain, this time share your DWG file with that TABLE in it
