Good afternoon everyone,

My company just paid big bucks for Autocad 2015, and high end computer.  Does anyone know if Autodesk provides technical support for a period of say 60 days after the purchase?  I

If you want Autodesk support you need to buy subscription. Did you buy subscription? You do know that starting in February AutoCAD becomes a required-subscription software if you never want to pay big money for upgrades again.

Posting here for peer support is free.

My company purchase Autocad 2015 software from a CDW I believe.  We didn't buy technical support.  Peer to peer seems the way to go, although I if I'm going to use this forum, I'm going to have to supply as much detail and precision as I can.

CDW is just a box pusher they just sell you the software and offer nothing else

since you didn't buy any type of support this would be all you get

autodesk offer 3 types of support plus whatever your reseller offers if anything

Thank you DarrenP, dgorsman and pendean.

Besides this forum, there's also Youtube, but I don't get the sense Youtube is detailed enough for all Autocad versions, or predicaments.
