Stolen Laptop - Need to reactivate for school

Hi!

 

I had been using my free 3-year license for school work and unfortunately, I had my laptop stolen at one of the University libraries last Thursday.

I had bought a new laptop, and as I tried to install AutoCAD 2015 again on this computer, I receive the error message that I have exceeded the number of computer installations that I can make.

Would it be possible to deactivate the license on the stolen computer and have it transferred to this laptop?

2. Select “Activation & Registration” or “License Management”
3. Select appropriate subtopics from the pull-down menus
4. Select “I Still Need Help”  if you need personal assistance
