I am uncertain where to post the following issue pertaining to the Product Design Suite - Standard Ed.

At startup, Why is the following code being run / customization group being unloaded?

CODE BEGINS:

_cuiunload Enter the name of a Customization Group to unload:ALIAS_CONCEPT Customization file unloaded successfully. Customization Group: ALIAS_CONCEPT _cuiload c:\program files\autodesk\applicationplugins\sbd.bundle\contents\aalsbin\en-US\AliasConcept.cuix Customization file loaded successfully. Customization Group: ALIAS_CONCEPT

CODE END

Hi,

I was able to confirm with the AutoCAD team as well as the Alias team that the loading sequence as you have shown in the screen shot sent previously, is a normal sequence of modules loading.

I'm attaching the screen shot from a launch showing this same sequence. Thank you.

Cheers,

Alison

Hello Alison,

I appreciate your speedy response and the confirmation that this code is as designed.

However, our company is deferring the migration to Autodesk 2013 products for production use.

This is no reflection on the excellent customer support that you have provided.

Thanks for your comments,

Clint Hill
