Standard electrical symbol library need for Autocad 2013

Hello,.

We are using autocad 2013,.

we need the standard symbols which are using in elctrical cad,.

Like if i need "ohm" symbol i can just get it from the standard library instead of cerating it,. (Like tool palettes symbols but those are very limited, not containing required symbols) 

I heard somewhere, we can download and install with autocad and we can use it like Autocad electrical,.

Is it possible, if yes where i can download it?

I have been collecting these electrical blocks for a while with the hopes of making a block library from them. I even combined a bunch into dynamic blocks but haven't done much with making an app or way of deploying them for others to use.
