I've been using the Archive function of SheetSet Manager for a while to take submittal snapshots of the drawings. Today -- and damifino what's happened, Archive is not grabbing all the files and zipping them up. The file Tree/file list shows all the DWGs, and xrefs, and the c3d dependency files, but only a few of the sheet files are being zipped, and the directory structure created in the zip file does not match the structure on disk.
I've also tried the eTramsit feature in SSM, and am getting similar, but different results. More files are grabbed, but not all of them, and the directory structure in the zip is even more messed up.
There's a half a terabyte free on the drive, so space for the zip can't be an issue.
Any ideas?
<update> just to be safe, I scrubbed out the Temp folders, and re-ran the archive from SSM. This time it only placed a single file in the zip, although all the model and sheet files were in the file tree/table. It ran about three seconds, and exited w/ no message or errors.
How is your Trasmittal Setup? Do you have all "Include options" selected?
The archive setup was to place the files in a zip container, keep existing format, and use organized folder structure was checked. Purge draings was checked, and textures, photometric web files, and unloaded xrefs were unchecked.
Manually I removed the ctb and pc3 files from the list
Following up -- I ended up copying the entire directory to a local drive, purging, auditing, deleting layouts & pagesetups, purging again, all the fixes, starting with the c3d drefs, xrefs, design files, and ending with the sheet files. Once I'd spent several hours on cleanup and reduced the files to the bare minimum, both Archive and eTransmit from SSM worked.
