SprinkCad 3.5 and AutoCad 2014

When I open an existing drawing while Autocad 2014 and SprinkCad 3.5 are both running, the drawing is very small and attached to the border.  SprinkCad folks say this is an AutoCad issue...

Just one drawing or all drawings?

If just one drawing there may be artifacts out near Pluto somewhere. Maybe a MOVE that didn't work right.

If all drawings then I got nuthin'. Smiley Sad

HTH

DJ

"... the drawing is very small and attached to the border..."
What does that means to the rest of us who can't see your screen?
Are is the implication that if SrinkCAD is not running, the problem someehow goes awaY altogether?

Your post leaves a lot of room for guesswork instead of being informative 😞

That is correct, if SprinkCad is not opened then there is no problem.IMG_20140507_160632.jpg

With SPRINKCAD loaded:
LIST command, what does AutoCAD report that little image to be? Is it a block? an XREF? a special object? What is the reported scale?
What does LIST report the titleblock to be? What is the reported scale?

Without SPRINKCAD loaded, what do the same results report now?

And how did SPRINKCAD report this as an AutoCAD problem exactly? Did they give you an clue on why and how?

Based on what I see in your picture, it looks like the scale of the title block is not set correctly for the scale of the work that you're doing.  You can check the drawing scale by using the command "SPK-SCALEFAC" to confirm if your drawing is set correctly.  If you get 0.5 for example, that means your drawing is setup for 1/4"=1'-0" scale.  Choose SprinkCad help and look up that command for additional information by searching for "SPK-SCALEFAC",
