Spooling with different users

We run AutoCAD 2014. We work with 3 people that could be spooling at the same time.  It is a big pain to have to change file path name and spool numbers every 3 mintues every time we start a new section.  Any ideas on how we could have our own MAP.INI or SPOOL.INI info?

Sorry to ask, but as there is no reaction currently, I'll start.

Can you please elaborate what you mean by "spooling"? Maybe it's my (lack of knowledge) in English, but spooling has to do with printers, operating system and network, it has nothing to do with AutoCAD ... and on my system I even don't find a file named "spool.ini" and also not "map.ini".

And I also don't have to change my filename every 3 minutes.

So what product exactly needs that 2 files?

Only one user per file in plain AutoCAD: if three users open the same file two of them are going to have problems saving.
Why don't you all create multiple files? Or do you not actually have plain AutoCAD 2014 but maybe MAP 3D And you are posting in the wrong forum????
