Shift Overrides

Hi i am have an issue with the shift overrides not working when there is an image under where i am working.

In the same drawing for example i can use shift to either select more than one point in a polyline, or to change betweentrim and extend or to fillet with a raduis or to a point.

but when i try to do this with an image in the background it doesnt work.

i need the image as i am tracing shapes.

thanks in advance

Hi,

Have you tried to lock the layer with the image?
Have you tried to set SELECTIONPREVIEW=0 ?

Are you by any chance using Acad Map or Civil3D?

If so, type "MAPIOPTIONS", then under the "General" tab deselect  "Shift+Left Click Image Select"
