Setting to opne blocks and XRefs with the mouse

Can you remind me where or which one is the setting that will allow us to open the blocks and XRefs by selectinbg them with the mouse and you get the selection "Open XRef", etc or "Edit Block" which are being selected?

Thanks in advance.

SHORTCUTMENU != 0 Controls whether Default, Edit, and Command mode shortcut menus are available in the drawing area. The setting is stored as a bitcode using the sum of the following values: 0 Disables all Default, Edit, and Command mode shortcut menus, restoring AutoCAD Release 14 behavior 1 Enables Default mode shortcut menus 2 Enables Edit mode shortcut menus 4 Enables Command mode shortcut menus whenever a command is active 8 Enables Command mode shortcut menus only when command options are currently available at the Command prompt 16 Enables display of a shortcut menu when the right button on the pointing device is held down longer

I had 11 that did not work and that is why I asked the question.

Which one is the one that will open the XRef and the blocks?

And an added question, which one is the standard number that everybody uses?

Mine = 27. But 11 should work too. Try PICKFIRST = 1
