Setting depth of views in Autocad 2015

Hello,
I am beginner in AutoCad and I have some doubts related to views.
First I would like to know how to set the depth of the views.
For example, I did a section and I don't want the objects behind this area appear, what should I do to set the kind of depth that the view can show the drawing?

Thanks, Rafael

You will need to give more background.  What commands are you using to generate views?  Are you using AutoCAD or a vertical?

If you are using the sectionline/sectionplane command, then select the sectionline and choose boundary or volume.  Adjust the extents of the section boundary and then draw the section.

After you place the section view, select it then Edit View.  You'll be able to choose between FULL, SLICE, and Distance
