service packs for Autocad 2014 install error 1635

When I try to install SP1 or SP2 it says to see administrator and I am set as that. I have unloaded and reinstalled the Autodesk Building Design Suite Ultimate 2014 three times. I have cleaned the computer and registry. I only installed Autocad 2014, Navis, Recap and Fabrication. And all clean installs. My original problem is that it takes about 10 minutes to open a drawing with Cadduct in it. I hear the SPs take care of that

Windows version?
1635 is a Windows System error, has to do with the Windows Installer I believe: are you using a 'roaming' Widnows profile?
Is Widnows fully updated?

It was roaming but it changed today because I deleted an extra profile that was on here. I just tried to install it again and its still the same.

Hi,

Try installing the service pack during the suite install process. First you'll need to uninstall the software again. When you reinstall it, on the screen where it lists the applications to be installed (the screen immediately after the one where you enter the serial number and product key), click just below AutoCAD 2014. (The text will change to "Click to open and configure" when you hover your mouse cursor over that spot.) Scroll down to the Service Packs section and click the Download button. Wait for the download to complete, then click on Click to close and return to product list near the top of the window. Then continue with the installation as normal.

Try creating a new local Windows administrator user to see if the service pack will install successfully in that profile. Here's a good guide on how to create the new user account:
