Save As folder doesn't show

To the expert here. I have a new WorkStation here. When I am trying to "SAVE AS" my drawing to another file, the Save As window folder did not show to locate my intended folder, intead it only show in the command line. How can I activate that?  Please, I appreciate your immediate response. Thank you!

somehow filedia got set to 0. Type in filedia and change it to 1
