Save and Load Box disappeared

So this is a pretty basic question that I just can't seem to figure out.  When I try to load or save something, the dialog box that you navigate where you ant to load/save from doesn't show up making things a little bit difficult trying to memorize the exact location of a file.  Please help!  Thanks.

Set FILEDIA to 1
