Render Material Browser

Hello. My Material Browser when opened, it shows a lock icon on the side of the Category, such as Masonry, Ceramic, etc.

Hence I cannot use the option in rendering my File.

How can I unlock these option in Material Library?

The lock just means that it is the Autodesk material library which cannot be edited. You can still use the material by simply dragging it into the drawing or onto an object. Note that if you create your own library and add a material to it there's no lock.
