Autocad cannot read this file.

Autocad gives this error;

Undefined group code 90 for object on line 10.

Invalid or incomplete DXF input -- drawing discarded.

Your dxf file doesn't have a header section with the dxf version, so AutoCAD assumes the file is an R12 DXF file (the only format that we allow the header to be missing) and there is no group code 90 in R12 DXF (there also is no LWPOLYLINE entity type either).
