PSpace Tabs flicking to far right.- unwanted.

It appears that Adesk have added a new 'trick' to managing TABS. (I'm actually using ACA2015).

I use (old fashion) tabs for sheets (rather than a separate drawing sheet set).

If you click on a tab (to bring it to view) and slightly move the mouse to the right, the tab will flick (move) to the extreme right end of the tabs.  This is extremely unhelpful. If it's supposed to be a management tool it's far too sensitive and I waste so much time repositioning tabs back into their rightful place.

This didn't happen in 2013 so I assume it's new for 15 (or from 14).

I'd love to hear of a variable so that it can be turned off.

This hotfix fixes the tab reordering bug introduced in AutoCAD 2015 SP2:
