Problems syncing my local file to Autodesk 360

Hello,

I have the educational version of AutoCAD 2015. My student team and I are trying to work collaboratively through Autodesk 360. I uploaded the CAD file we're working on to client.autocad360.com, then made a few more changes to the local file on my desk top. I am logged in, sync is on, and for some reason the changes I'm making to the file aren't displayed online. I'm not a pro at CAD, but I can't figure out how to sync the local file to 360 without uploading the updated version and deleting the old one? Please help! This is the first time I've tried to collaborate on a dwg file online, and it's not working as easily as I thought it would.
