problem with serial code

I installed AutoCAD 2014 on my laptop with a 3 year-educational license, only to find out I need AutoCAD 2015. I was able to successfully download the 2015 version and uninstall 2014, but now I am unable to register/activate the 2015 version. I never received any serial code other than the original, in an email from when I downloaded the 2014 version. That code is not working. Should I have received a new code when I downloaded the 2015 version?

2. Select “Activation & Registration” or “License Management”


3. Select appropriate subtopics from the pull-down menus


4. Select “I Still Need Help”  if you need personal assistance
