Problem drag and drop to insert image

I have this situation in 2013, i use to take an image from my left screen file manager in good old windows XP and drag it into Autocad to do a basic image insertion without browsing the entire network to find the image.

Is there a way to restore this feature? Has you can see on the image, i have an ERROR no fonction definition for IMAGEFILE command

Is it easy to restore?

As a test, if you do use the long method, does it work?

yeah if i use the _imageattach command button, i get the popup window and the file browser to get the image i want into the network. But it's too slow and i have to put too much mental effort searching, it's killing me.

To me this is the long method... maybe you think about something else?

As I remember, OLE has always been somewhat of a problem. As cumbersome as it can be sometimes, I believe (because I read something here posted by someone who know more than I) the most proper means of inserting an image is to the imageattach. (I think it may have been Dean)
