Polyline elevation

Hey there,

Working in Autocad 2012, I have set elevations for all my polyline. When I xref or import the dwg into another all the elevations

on my polylines are wrong. why is it doing this? Is there a way to keep the information locked?

When import or xref into new drawing, does this new drawing have the same UCS ?

The UCS for both the drawings and the new one are the same

Is the error consistent, in other words are all elevations off by the same delta?

Or does the delta vary across the drawing?

What is the current elevation of your main drawing (Not the one that xrefed in)

Type in ELEVATION and see.
