plotter manager and plot style manager uninstall failure

I installed autocad 2015 and used it. But one day I moved the autocad folders from C: driver to E: but probably, I did something wrong cuase after that move, I couldn't open the programme. And I uninstalled all the autodesk products as it has been sugessted but when try to re-install the autocad2015 it says that "you already have autocad in your pc". however,I cant find any folders about autocad when I look into. ALso, there are two programmes on my control desk named "autodesk plotter manager" and "autodesk plot style manager" but when clicking, it shows me DLL not found: "hcreg12Res.dll". how can I find and download that folder? Also how can I uninstall autocad completely on my pc?
