Plot Stamp Window

I am really hoping someone can help.

I have a user who is using AutoCAD 2015 and every time they open a drawing, the Plot Stamp window opens. (Screen shot below).

If OK, Cancel or the red X are pressed, the box disappears but is followed by the Autodesk AutoCAD 2015 - Help box. (Screen shot below)

This only happens when a drawing is opened, not what AutoCAD is opened.

Can someone please tell me how to disable these from opening?

Thanks.

Your user has a startup routine that is launching it (when you open a file it starts up).
What addon or must-have add on did your user load or install or activate or tinker with?
They or you did: at the very least look for an ACADDOC.LSP file.

Remove all startup items including acaddoc.lsp, acad.lsp, xxx.mnl (where xxx is any custom menu), anything in the startup suite, etc., etc.

Try again. If it's gone, then start adding your startup items back in, one at a time until the problem comes back.

Resetting AutoCAD may be a quicker simpler fix if the user'a menu file is backed up.

Thank you so much!

We removed the plot stamp line in the ACADDOC.LSP file which seems to have stopped both windows from opening.
