Is it possible to import or open PDMS files in either Autocad, Inventor or Revit 2013?

Not to both, AutoCAD cannot do so on it's own.

Is there any 3rd party software that can do it?

Hi
There is a third-party software that can do this. It is a plug-in for AutoCAD. See the link below.

Or..... Another way of potentailly doing it.

You can get the data into AutoCAD in a roundabout way, Aveva have a separate conversion software program called Explant which exports PDMS models into Microstation 3D Dgn format, from Microstation you can then Export the model to DWG/DXF, ACIS,SAT and Parasolid.

You would need access to PDMS, Explant and Microstation.

Not much good if you only have AutoCAD though!!
