Iv got a set of parts fully constrained and driven through a set of parameters. I have only put a couple of dims on so far to check it is working as planned. There are some slots and holes in my parts which move depending on the application of the parts butthe dimensions end up moving out of line with the other dimensions. Is there a way to fix the dimension in place while having it associated with the holes which move?
It's on my works computer and I'm now off for 5 days. My problem is when the geometry changes, the dimension lines don't extend they just follow the geometry. What I want is the dimension to stay where it is and the "legs" to just extend.
