Parametric and dimensioning

Actually, have 2 questions here:

1. Is there any way to combine text with parametric constraints? Or blocks?

2. I have some parametric .dwg, and when I draw dimensions, after updating some parameters from parameters manager, I need to reassociate dimensions. I tried to set them to be associative, but sometimes that working, sometimes don't.

Have one more question, how to define user parameters in parameters manager in block editor? I can't even open parameters manager when I'm in block editor

Edit: Some strange bug, I first must to open parameters manager in standard model or paper space, then it will remain opened in block editor... When I tried in block editor without that procedure, no action...

2nd post solution - I actually have too many palettes docked, so parameters manager were somewhere, but height of parameters manager palette was really small, almost 0 pixels, so I can't see him just like that.
