“Panel” name shouldn’t disappear as its little arrow clicked!

I’m wondering why the name of the “Panel” disappears as the little arrow is clicked. Sorry, this is very minor issue but wanted to know.

Best

It disappears because it moves to the bottom of the now open panel so you can pin it open if you wish (it's on the bottom of the un-expanded panel too): look at your screenshots again in detail, not the blank space where you first clicked.

Panel name is always on the bottom of the panel.
