Are there GUI controls for SELECTIONEFFECT and PRESELECTIONEFFECT in Options?

I do not see anything on the Selection tab, or in the Visual Effect Settings, where I would expect them to be.

Options > Selection > Visual Effect Settings, but I imagine your question is largely rhetorical, as it defies logic to hide these options from all but the ~1% of AutoCAD users that happen to know that these obscure sysvars even exists, but yep... they sure did it anyway. (shrug)
