In AutoCAD 2013 I get the following error message when trying to use the Help/Search function. I had tried searching online and in this forum but could not find anything relating to this error. Can anyone help me out?
Error message: "Online Help not accessible. What do you want to do? Either you do not currently have Internet access, or the Autodesk Web Server is temporarily unavailable."
I checked and the Internet connection works fine on the computer. There is nothing wrong with the Internet connection. This only happens in AutoCAD. The feature works fine in Autodesk Inventor. Thanks for the help.
The link you gave works fine outside of AutoCAD but it's still not working from within AutoCAD. Tried typing something in the Search box and click on the Search icon and still getting the same error. The odd thing is that it works fine in Autodesk Inventor.
I can login to 360 just fine. Under the Option > System Tab, Help and Welcome, I had tried both selecting and deselecting the radio button for "Access online content when available" but makes no difference.
