On-the-Go loading of layers that were not chosen in PartialLoad dialog

I need to work with DWG that contains hundreeds of layers.

I'm trying to work with it using Partial Load (About Opening Part of a Large Drawing http://help.autodesk.com/view/ACD/2015/ENU/?guid=GUID-FD90E8A9-70AA-4749-8FD6-F7A2EA567652).

But so far I'm suffering from the fact that I can't predict which layers I'll need in particular AutoCAD session. Thus when I decide I need to see couple more layers I'm forced to close the file and partially open it choosing all those layers I was working with and couple more layers which is not very fast way.

I need to know if there any way to load on-the-go (without DWG closing) some layer that were not chosen in Partial Load dialog ?

I used to use alike function in Autodesk Inventor (http://help.autodesk.com/view/INVNTOR/2015/ENU/?guid=GUID-D1BC9858-107D-46BD-A435-EA969000D182) - open assembly with LOD "All components suppressed" and then load/unload units/components which name or relationships make me think this is what i need.
